Welcome to Purple Blaster. By booking or boarding our vessel, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A deposit of [25%] is required to secure all bookings.

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than [7 days] prior to departure. So that all necessary items can be properly arranged and accounted for.

  • Accepted payment methods include [cash, credit card, bank transfer, etc.].

  • All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made [72 Hours Or More] before the scheduled charter will receive a [full/partial] refund.

  • Cancellations made within [48 Hours] of the scheduled charter are non-refundable.

  • In the event of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, Purple Blaster reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the trip. If cancellation is required, customers will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.

3. Check-In & Departure

  • Guests are required to arrive at least [30–60 minutes] prior to departure.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time or forfeiture of the trip without refund.

  • The Booking Customer must present a valid ID at check-in this accounts for Everyone On The Charter.

4. Safety Rules

  • All guests must comply with crew instructions and maritime safety regulations at all times.

  • Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be worn when instructed.

  • The Captain reserves the right to refuse boarding to any individual under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.

5. Liability

  • Purple Blaster is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the charter.

  • Passengers participate at their own risk.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to the vessel or equipment caused by their actions.

6. Weather Conditions

  • Charters may be rescheduled or canceled due to unfavorable weather or sea conditions at the Captain’s discretion.

  • Safety is our top priority.

7. Alcohol & Conduct

  • Alcohol consumption is permitted in moderation.

  • Disorderly conduct or behavior that endangers passengers, crew, or the vessel will not be tolerated. The Captain reserves the right to terminate the trip immediately without refund in such cases.

8. Personal Belongings

  • Passengers are advised to keep valuable items to a minimum.

  • Purple Blaster is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.

9. Use of Photos & Media

  • By joining a charter, passengers consent to the use of photos and videos captured during the trip for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Saint Vincent and the Grenadines].

  • Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate local courts.
